Public Works Employment

This department is comprised of two sectors. The streets department that is primarily tasked with duties including street maintenance, including plowing and repair, parks and pool maintenance, general care of Town grounds. The other sector is the water and sewer department this sector is tasked with the care and maintenance of all town water treatment facilities, wellfield, distribution and transmission lines, water services, sewer treatment facilities, collection and service lines and lift stations. The Public Works Department also is responsible for adminstrating the Town's Weed and Pest Program. Please see below for application and job descriptions for available positions.
