Municipal Court

The Municipal Court is responsible for administering the operations of the judicial branch of municipal government pursuant to the Saratoga Municipal Code.

Cases presented in court are misdemeanor complaints and violations of State Statutes that are included in the municipal code and violated within the corporate limits of the Town of Saratoga.

Small claims may also be filed with the Court Clerk and may be heard before the Circuit Court Judge either in Rawlins or in Saratoga at regularly scheduled hearings.

The Municipal Judge is appointed by the Mayor with consent of council for a two year term.
